Healthy Cooking Workshop

  • Prepare & cook 4 meals (2 lunches & 2 dinners)
  • Hands on cooking classes prepared and eaten as a group
  • Learn new recipes and skills in vegetarian cooking
  • Learn how to make meals healthy, nutritious and delicious

This specially designed retreat is intended to give you all the information and tools you need to make positive changes in your thoughts and behaviours allowing you to lead the rich and fulfilling life you deserve.

It will be an intense experience so some free time has been built in to allow you to relax, gather your thoughts and reflect or you can enjoy the social experience with other guests and the course hosts.
