We are running a number of speciality courses, approximately 3 hrs,

** Truffles and Chocolate – create some mouth watering truffles and special chocolate treats

** French Macaroons – create the wondering French treats, with pretty colours and flavours

** Café Gourmand – create a number of special treats for that WOW dessert

** Pastry – learn to create fantastic pastry (sweet and savoury)

** Bread  – learn the basics of bread making and enjoy some tasty home made bread
